Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with JGOAT WRAPS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your appointment.

• All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
   
• The remaining balance is payable in full upon completion of the service, prior to vehicle collection.
   
• Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by JGOAT WRAPS.
   

• We use only high-quality, professional-grade vinyl films supplied by reputable brands.
   
• Vinyl wraps provide a pristine finish but is not intended to replace or replicate paint.
   
• Final results may vary depending on the condition of the existing paint or surface.
   
• Minor surface imperfections or variations are considered within industry-standard tolerances and do not constitute a defect.
   

• Customers must ensure their vehicle is washed and free of dirt, wax, and ceramic coatings at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
   
• Additional cleaning required to prepare the vehicle may incur an extra charge.
   
• Paint correction, decontamination, or surface repairs are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
   

• JGOAT WRAPS is not liable for any damage to weak, chipped, or aftermarket paint that occurs during wrap installation or removal.
   
• Vehicles with resprayed or low-quality paintwork are wrapped at the owner’s risk.
   
• We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused by pre-existing paint or structural issues.
   

• Do not wash your vehicle for at least 48 hours after wrap installation.
   
• Hand washing only is recommended. Avoid high-pressure washers, abrasive chemicals, or automatic car washes.
   
• JGOAT WRAPS provides detailed aftercare instructions; failure to follow these may void any warranty or guarantee.
   

• Vinyl wrap materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 3-5 years, depending on the film type, colour, and environmental exposure.
   
• JGOAT WRAPS provides an installation warranty covering lifting, bubbling, or peeling caused by installation defects for 12 months from completion.
   
• Warranties do not cover damage resulting from:
  
  
  • Misuse or neglect
     
  • Environmental exposure (e.g. bird droppings, tree sap, UV fading)
     
  • Improper maintenance or washing methods
     
  • Accidents or poor-quality paintwork
     

• Customers must disclose any known issues with paint, bodywork, or previous coatings that could affect wrap installation.
   
• Vehicles must be free of personal belongings before drop-off. JGOAT WRAPS is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside.
   
• Upon collection, customers are required to inspect the vehicle and report any concerns within 24 hours.
   

• JGOAT WRAPS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of income, downtime, or personal injury resulting from the use or installation of vinyl wrap products.
   
• All services are carried out with the highest level of care, but results may vary based on external factors beyond our control.
   
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The latest version will always be available on request or via our website.
